Players

Games are 7 on 7 (Bantam, Juniors)

7 on 7 (Seniors, Intermediates)

Teams consist of 7-10 players (all players will play one full quarter per half)

MOUTH GUARDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON PLAYING FIELD!

Sportsmanship

If a team is leading by a margin of 25 or more points, the running clock will apply and only stop for charged timeouts. 

MISCONDUCT BY PLAYERS, MANAGERS, and SPECTATORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

EX. Pushing of players, verbal abuse, or profanity 

First Offense-Automatic 10 yard penalty. 

Second Offense-Automatic ejection.

Timeouts/Clock Management

Timeouts

(2) 30-second timeouts per half

The clock will only stop for time-outs and injuries (it does not stop for incomplete passes, out of bounds, change of possession)

The clock will also stop in the final 2 minutes of the game (4th Qtr) if there is an offensive penalty, incomplete pass, or player runs out of bounce.

Clock Management

Play Clock 30 seconds 

Halftime 3 minutes long

Beginning of Game

At the start of each game, captains from both teams shall meet at midfield for the coin toss to determine who will start with the ball. The visiting team will call the toss.

The winner of the coin toss has the choice of offense or defense. 

Bantams/Juniors Division-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 40 yard line and has three (3) plays to cross midfield(20 yard line). Once a team crosses midfield, they have four (4) plays to score a touchdown in the Red Zone.

Intermediate/Seniors Division-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 50 yard line and has three (3) plays to cross the 35 yard line.  From the 35 yard line the offense has three (3) plays to cross the 20 yard line. Once a team cross the 20 yard line has four (4) plays to score in the Red Zone.

Touchdowns 6 points 

Extra Points

5 yard line (1 point) no runs

10 yard line (2 point)

Run Plays

There are no runs within five yards of the midfield first down (25-20 yard line), or five yards of the goal line (5 yard line-Goal line).

Runs must be outside of the Tackle, and not directly straight up the middle through the center.

All Offensive players are eligible

One run play for each first down

Interceptions can be run back for touchdowns. With extra point to follow.

No Safeties

Overtime

Coin Toss will be called by home team. Each Team will receive the ball at the 20 yard line and have four (4) downs to score. 2nd Overtime each team will receive the ball at the 20 yard line and have 4 possessions to score. In the 2nd overtime each team is required to go for a 2 point conversion.

A. Teams practice once a week with their coach based on when is best for players and coach associated with the team.

Q. Will friends be able to play on same team?

A. Friend request will be honored

Q. How many players on a team?

A. There will be between 7-10 players on a team.

Q. Will there be player evaluations?

A. Players will be evaluated based on fundamental football drills.

Q. What makes your league different from others?

A. My league is different from other leagues because we will be playing 7 on 7, the coaches will be given a playbook, and there will be no rushing the quarterback.
